STUCCO PATCHING, REPLACEMENT AND RESTORATION PRODUCTS

RL-Series Restoration Latexes RL-1, RL-2, RL-3, RL-4, RL-5, RL-6, RL-7
RL-Series latex-modifiers are unique, reactive acrylic additives designed to enhance the performance of Portland cement-based materials. When added to cement-based mortars, patches, plasters and coatings, RL-Series latex modifiers improve mechanical performance, workability, adhesion and resistance to freeze-thaw and harsh environmental exposures.

ICE -9 (RL-9) Freeze-Thaw Performance Amendment
Ice -9 (RL-9) is an additive for mortars, stuccos and concrete that improves freeze-thaw resistance even in the presence of ponded deicing salts. It also improves bond strength and reduces shrinkage.

MARFIL® Natural Hydraulic (Roman) Cement
MARFIL® Natural Hydraulic Cement is a high-quality, quick-setting natural cement for use in concretes, mortars and plasters for historical building restoration, quality building/construction and green building. It conforms to NORM UNE EN 80.309-May 2006, which defines that the composition of natural cements is obtained by calcination of natural marls at a sufficiently high temperature, but below that of its sintering.

TRANSLANTIC & ROSENDALE NATURAL CEMENT PRODUCTS®
Natural cement was the binder of choice in North America for large scale masonry and concrete construction during the 19th and early 20th century. Now this authentic technology is back in production and is available exclusively from Edison Coatings, Inc. Visit our new web site dedicated to Rosendale Natural Cement Products® to learn more about Rosendale Natural Cements, Rosendale Natural Cement Masonry Mortars, Rosendale Natural Cement Stucco, and more.

EXPO 43 Latex-Modified, Cement-Based Coating
EXPO 43
is a latex-modified cement-based coating designed for use in thin-section decoration, texturing and weatherproofing applications. This material provides aesthetically pleasing surfaces for building finishes, masonry coating, stucco and patching.

Custom SYSTEM 45 Custom-Matched Repair & Coating Compounds
Edison Custom SYSTEM 45 products are two-component, latex-modified, cementitious compounds used to produce highly durable and compatible aesthetic repairs to stucco, stone, masonry and concrete.

SYSTEM 49 CPBA Corrosion Resistant Primer and Bonding Agent for Embedded Reinforcing Steel
SYSTEM 49-CPBA
is a two-component, latex-cement primer and bonding agent designed to protect steel reinforcement from corrosion while promoting adhesion between patching compounds and concrete and steel substrates. It is an odorless, non-flammable, waterborne system which is essentially non-hazardous in storage and handling.

PUMP-X 53, 53i, 53iE, 53iL Pumpable Cementitious Grouts
PUMP-X53
is a multi-purpose, low modulus, moderate strength filler used for filling cavities, voids and cracks from a minimum of ¼" width up to approximately 18 inches.
PUMP-X53i is an ultra-fine, moderate strength micro-injection grout which achieves high flow for efficient filling of small cracks and voids from a minimum width of approximately 1 mm to as much as several inches in thickness.
Pump-X 53iE is an ultra-fine, expanding,  non-polymer cementitious injection grout designed for filling small cracks and voids in sound concrete and masonry construction. Slight expansion after placement and before final set enables the material to force itself into close, positive contact with internal crack surfaces, where desired.
PUMP-X-53iL is a softer, non-polymer, hydraulic lime grout, for use in Historic masonry restorations requiring repairs to lower strength brick and softer stone elements.

Cem-Plast 54 Custom Cement Plasters
CEM-PLAST 54 is a series of pre-colored, prepackaged cement plasters for use in new construction and restoration. They are formulated in accordance with ASTM C 926 specifications to provide consistent, reliable results in both performance and appearance.

SILOX-TREAT 89W, 89WH
Waterborne, reactive silane-siloxane water repellents reduce water absorption in porous substrates without affecting permeability or appearance.

SYSTEM 90-II, 90-W Catalytic Breathing Sealers & Stains
Edison SYSTEM 90-Series sealers are reactive treatments designed for maximum performance and exterior durability in protection of on-grade and above-grade stone, concrete and masonry. Surfaces treated with SYSTEM 90 products are sealed against a wide range of chemical and weather exposures, including acid rain, melting snow, freeze-thaw, de-icing salts, air pollutants, wind driven rain and a variety of other materials.Pigmented treatments combine all the performance of 90-Series sealers with the aesthetic benefits of a durable semi-transparent stain.

LiquiDirt 94 Sealer, Stain & Faux Finish
LiquiDirt 94 is a durable, high-permeability stain and faux finishing treatment designed for application to on-grade and above-grade stone, masonry, mortars, stucco and concrete. It is used for"aging" of new masonry replacements or repairs, to change color of new or existing masonry units, or to overcome fading or staining in original materials.

SYSTEM 95W Stone, Masonry and Concrete Consolidants
Waterborne silicate consolidants strengthen friable stone, stucco and concrete.

AQRYL-X 200 Low VOC, Self-Crosslinking, 100% Acrylic Emulsion Coating
AQRYL-X 200 is a high performance, very-low VOC coating designed to provide exceptional water-resistance, vapor permeability and maximum durability.  AQRYL-X 200 develops high bond strength to a wide variety of substrates under dry and damp conditions, and retains high performance even after extended moisture exposures.

EVERKOTE 300 Mineral Coatings & Stains
EverKote 300
coatings are waterborne inorganic paints and stains based on potassium silicate binders. Potassium silicate masonry paints have been in use for over a century to provide extremely durable, breathable color coatings on all types of mineralbased substrates, including stone, masonry, concrete and cement plaster (stucco). Two standard grades of are available: Penetral Low Viscosity, SemiTransparent Stains and Patinar Medium Viscosity, Opaque Coatings

PRIMER #342 for waterborne coatings.
Primer 342
is a low viscosity, vapor permeable acrylic emulsion primer. It is used for penetrating and conditioning porous or friable surfaces prior to coating with Elastowall 351 breathable masonry coatings. It has also been used as a pre-treatment for aiding in the drying out of deeply saturated, thick section concrete and masonry structures.

ELASTO-WALL 351, ELASTO-TONE 353 Breathable Elastomeric Coatings,
ELASTO-MASTIC 352, ELASTO-FILL 354 Elastomeric Sealants and Fillers

ELASTO WALL 351 is a permanently flexible breathable masonry coating designed to waterproof and decorate vertical and sloped above-grade surfaces, including all types of natural stone, and including walls exhibiting small working cracks. It has higher vapor permeability than some mineral coating products, and can be applied over a wide variety of previous coatings and treatments.
ELASTO MASTIC 352 is a knife-grade, higher solids formulation designed for pretreatment of surface defects and cracks prior to general coating application. Depressions and defects are simply "spackled", and then a 350-Series coating is applied after drying.
ELASTO-TONE 353 is a highly permeable finish system for economical color coatings and "touch-up" applications. Based on the same chemistry as ELASTO WALL 351, it features high elongation and low temperature flexibility, while offering greater economy, due to lower build and higher application rate.
ELASTO-FILL 354 is a higher solids, lightweight version of ELASTO-MASTIC 352. It is used where higher builds of filler are desired, with lower shrinkage.
